Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Tattoo mobile application (the "App") provided by AI Tattoo ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App to generate content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.

2. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Tattoo designs generated by the App are provided for your personal use. You retain the right to use generated designs for personal tattoos.

3. User Content

By uploading photos or entering text prompts, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

4. Content Generation Rules

These rules apply to every text prompt you enter, every image you upload, and every design the App generates for you. They supplement, and do not replace, the restrictions in Section 1.

You must not use the App to create, upload, or request:

  • Content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
  • Sexual content, including any sexual content involving minors, or nudity created for sexual purposes.
  • Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies cruelty or suffering.
  • Hate symbols, extremist symbols, or content that demeans a person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
  • Copyrighted characters, logos, trademarks, or other third-party works that you do not have permission to use.
  • The likeness of a real person, including a public figure, without that person's consent, or content intended to impersonate or deceive.
  • Images of other people that you do not have permission to upload, or personal information about any third party.

When you upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions needed to use it. Do not upload images of minors.

We may review prompts, uploads, and generated results. We may block a prompt, remove a result, or suspend or terminate your access if we believe your use violates these Terms. If you believe a result was blocked in error, contact us at [email protected].

AI-generated designs are suggestions only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to designs generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing a design and consulting a professional tattoo artist before using it.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Purchases are processed through the app store or payment platform associated with your device and are subject to that platform's terms. Refund requests should be directed to the platform that processed the purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will be suitable for actual tattooing. Always consult a professional tattoo artist before getting inked.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
