Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Tattoo mobile application (the "App") provided by AI Tattoo ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App to generate content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.

2. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Tattoo designs generated by the App are provided for your personal use. You retain the right to use generated designs for personal tattoos.

3. User Content

By uploading photos or entering text prompts, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will be suitable for actual tattooing. Always consult a professional tattoo artist before getting inked.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
